ANR Short Cord for Panel Mount Power

In an emergency egress from your cockpit you may not have time to unplug your communications plugs. This cord system allows your helmet cord to quickly disconnect at your helmet, even if you forget to disconnect the cord.

The cord system is comprised of two cords: A helmet cord that is only three inches long ending in a single plug. And an adapter cord that begins with a single jack and ends with either two or one communication plugs.

Choosing a cord:

“1” is for a cord ending in a single TP-120

“2” is for a cord ending in a two general aviation p5568 plugs

“3” is for a cord ending or beginning in U-384 plug

F is for HGU-33, HGU-55, HGU-68, and HGU-84

H is for SPH-5, SPH4, SPH4-b, and HGU-56

Avoid having your helmet cord run across your chest or behind your neck: “Same side” means that your microphone and cord are on the same side of the helmet. “Opposite side” means that the microphone and cord are on opposite sides of the helmet. H cords are same side only.

Standard straight adapter and extender cords are 36”, 48”, 60”. Please call for custom length straight cords. They are available for $8 additional per foot.
