Shipping: We ship most products by UPS surface as well as one, two, and three-day service. Please ask our customer service personnel if you want us to ship your order by another method.
International Shipping: We ship most products by UPS, but can also use FedEx, DHL, Express Mail or other method. Our customer service personnel will be glad to give you the exact shipping cost.
Returns: If for whatever reason our product doesn't meet your expectations, simply return it to us for an exchange or refund of your purchase price. Please package the item securely and send it to us at the address above. Be sure to include your invoice or packing list and tell us what you would like us to do.
International Returns: Please contact your sales representative for important shipping information before you return your product. Please ship the item back to us by air mail. You can avoid customs delays by marking the package "Made in USA." If your item was not made in USA, please mark the package "Product purchased in USA being returned." |
