Mike Lites provide task lighting in the cockpit when you need it to read charts, checklists or other documents. They do not interfere with microphone noise attenuation and are vibration proof. All parts are potted in epoxy.

They have a Push ON - Push OFF switch that can be actuated by the lip or tongue. A slight push on the switch causes momentary light, while a further push keeps the light on until another push turns the light off.

Light from NVG white can view all colors and does not degrade NVG performance.  It meets NVIS white and all MIL-STD 3009 requirements.

Light from NVG green LEDs is compatible with all night vision goggles and devices. It preserves dark adaptation.

Red light preserves dark adaptation and is designed for use in red lit cockpits. It should not be used with NVG goggles or devices or during night vision operations.

LED lamps are rated for 100,000 hours with no maintenance. Push ON push OFF switches are alternate action, logic leve, gold contact type.

Uses 2 AA batteries (not included). Mike Lites have a 90-day replacement guarantee.
