| The SPH Oxygen Mask adapter kit adapts a MBU-12/p mask for use with a SPH helmet series helmet. The standard straps and offset bayonets are removed from the MBU-12/P mask and replaced with adjustable straps that have pull taps on the helmet side for easy mask removal.
The benefit of using this kit, instead of oxygen mask receivers, is a better fit of the mask to your face when using an SPH series helmet.
This kit can also be used to adapt an agricultural respirator to an SPH series helmet.
