Oval shaped ether foam spacers that improve earcup compression when cross strap tensioning is not enough.  Includes  two 1/4-inch thick pads and two 1/2-inch thick pads that can be attached to the back of each earcup for optimum fit. The spacer pads can be trimmed if necessary; the size and number of pads to be used depends on individual needs.
