Replacement Communication cords for helmets. These cords are permanently secured to the helmet and come in a variety of lengths. The cord comes standard with a strain relief and cord grommet.

Choosing a cord:

“1” is for a cord ending in a single TP-120

“2”  is for a cord ending in a two general aviation p5568 plugs

F is for HGU-33, HGU-55, and HGU-68

H is for SPH-5, SPH4, SPH4-b, HGU-84 and HGU-56

Avoid having your helmet cord run across your chest or behind your neck: “Same side” means that your microphone and cord are on the same side of the helmet. “Opposite side” means that the microphone and cord are on opposite sides of the helmet. Helo cords are same side only.

Standard straight cords are 36”, 48”, 60”.  Custom length straight cords are available for $8 additional per foot. Please call.
