Navy and Marine Corps aviators loved the comfortable WEP jackets they were issued in the 1960s. The Navy designed the WEP as a warm liner for cold-water survival suits, but Naval Aviators quickly adopted it as their unofficial flight jacket.

WEP/A Flight Jackets have all the features of the Mil-spec WEP except that the sleeve cuffs are cut straight across. The unique bi-swing back and sleeves give you unparalleled freedom of movement. Mountain Cloth WEP/A flight jackets are made from tough textured-nylon that naturally resists the weather, including wind and light rain. Choose a polyester twill lining or Thinsulate™ insulation.
