Wool Cap With Your Custom Embroidered Design

Worn by Major League baseball players across the country, this cap is made by New Era with a luxurious 12.5-oz. wool serge front and back. The front is reinforced with a heavyweight haircloth so it keeps its shape. It has a four-ply, 1-3/8 inch, pro-style cloth sweatband and there are eight rows of stitching through an indestructible visor.

Matching fabric covers the galvanized metal button. To keep your head cool there are six embroidered eyelets for ventilation. And to top it all off, we'll meticulously create your full-color design in lush, colorful embroidery. No matter what type of hardball you're playing, you'll look great and feel comfortable while you show off your organization's colors. And like baseball, this cap is made in America.

Embroidered Designs

There is no programming charge for block or script (see image below for sample) lettering. Custom designs can be programmed for our computerized embroidery machines. The one-time programming charge is $20.00 per 1,000 stitches. Most designs have between 4,000 and 8,000 stitches. Send us your design and we will quote a firm price. Embroidery prices include up to 8,000 stitches and up to 6 of our standard colors in one location. Additional stitches cost 50 cents per item for each 1,000 additional stitches. Additional colors cost 25 cents per item for each additional color. Special colors cost $25.00 per color. Each location is priced as separate embroidery. One setup charge per order for each location.
